Only the best wheels are selected for this special cave aged Gruyère. Nutty, brown buttery with a smooth texture. One of the most versatile cheeses - excellent enjoys on its own, but an amazing cooking and melting cheese as well. Gruyère is perfect for cheese sauces and fondue - it will melt at low temperature and won't easily break.
Wine Pairing: Whites from Alsace, Savoie or Piedmont are great pairings. Look for something with medium to full body, but good minerality.
