All Natural Cured Pork - Authentic Spanish Jamon
Nutty, salty and packed with flavor - a little goes a long way with Jamon. Traditionally enjoyed in Spain as a part of tapas, or just enjoyed as an appetizer with a glass of wine.
We slice our Jamon to order, as it should be, and wrap it in proper charcuterie paper to avoid suffocating the product. While Jamon will not easily spoil, the flavor is best when consumed within several days.
All of our Jamon is sliced paper thin, but if you prefer a thicker cut, please enter a comment at checkout.
Pairing Suggestion: Hard Spanish cheeses, such as aged Manchego. Fruity reds and bright sparkling wines will complement the salty & sweet flavors of the meat - try a Rioja Joven or Cava.
