Aged Cheddar- Cow's Milk - Milton, Iowa
Our most popular cheese, and for good reason! Aged for about two years, this cheddar is sharp, but pleasantly sweet, and has lots of little "crunchy" crystals. Perfect for any cheese platter, and makes an absolute killer mac'n'cheese when blended with Gruyère. Get more than you think you'll need, because it is a crowd favorite.
Wine Pairing: Fruit driven white wines are the easiest pairing - White Bordeaux or even Riesling can work well. Also a good pairing with lighter, fruity red wines like a Beaujolais.
